Garrett Seelinger from InCred/National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics and I gave a presentation on CINALC at the 110th AACRAO Annual Meeting in Seattle, Washington, on 31 March 2025. Gonzalo Baroni Boces, President of CINALC, also participated via a pre-recorded video since he was not able to join us in person. The session description is below:

Join us for an introduction to CINALC, a UNESCO-prompted effort among nations in Latin America and the Caribbean to facilitate educational mobility in the region. We’ll discuss the history and plans for implementation of policies that are intended to improve the quality of higher education as well as facilitate the mobility of learners and qualified workers throughout the region.
